After working at Noritsu Koki and JMDC in M&A targeting small and medium-sized enterprises and implementing post-acquisition growth measures, founded KX Capital Group.

At Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., engaged in BtoB solution type sales for large companies in the corporate sales department, new product development and sales promotion for small and medium-sized enterprises in the product planning and development department, and marketing and sales management department.
After moving to Boston Consulting Group and working as a project leader/associate director on strategy formulation and implementation projects for major companies in the finance and insurance fields, he founded KX Capital Group.
